Please ensure that you indicate where you can be contacted during nursery hours.  Medicines can only be administered at the nursery provided the parent/guardian has signed the appropriate authorisation form and provided also that a Doctor has prescribed the medicine and 24 hours have lapsed since the first administration by the parent/guardian.  If your child is on antibiotics please keep him or her at home for the first 24 hours.
  6. It is important that the nursery be informed immediately of any outbreak of head lice.
  7. The Principal reserves the right to require the removal of a child from the nursery on health grounds where necessary.
  8. All clothing etc. must be marked clearly with your child's name (this is very important). When weather permits, children will be taken outside. It is therefore important that they are provided with suitable clothing. A spare set of clothing will be required and retained at the nursery.

  10. Children are not to bring toys/jewellery, money or other valuables to the nursery: nor are they to bring sweets, chocolate, chewing gum or drinks. The nursery supplies refreshment during mid morning and lunch time. (Parents may, if they wish to provide lunch. Please enquire about this arrangement)
  11. In the course of play and nursery activities clothing may become soiled. The nursery cannot accept any responsibility for damage or soiling of clothes.
  12. It is very important that we keep the records of your child up to date. If any details you originally gave upon registration change throughout the year, please pass them on to the office so the details can be amended.
  13. Fees must be paid monthly in advance via standing order payment, at the rates set out in the enclosed notice of fees. Fees are inclusive of milk and biscuits in the morning and light refreshments in the afternoon. No fee is charged when the nursery is closed for public bank holidays. All other holidays and absence are charged at full rate. Parents registering children in advance must commit to a confirmed starting date or may lose their place. If the date is changed after confirmation is sent they will be charged from the original confirmed date. We regret there can be no reduction in fees for a place not used due to illness, holidays etc. Discount for sibling for a full time place will be 12 ½ per cent.
